Your Tax Professionals

Dealing with the Internal Revenue Service by yourself will often lead to paying more taxes than you owe. Entrust your case instead to us - professionals and experts with a wide range of knowledge and experience.

About Us

Our mission is to devote our expertise and experience to be advocates of tax payers' rights. Excellence in what we do is our passion.

We are Enrolled and Certifying Acceptance Agents, and Certified Public Accountants bound by codes of ethics and rules of professional conduct.

Enrolled Agent (EA) is a tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and is licensed to represent tax payers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) at all administrative levels.

Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) for Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) is an agent who has signed a contract with the IRS and is authorized by the IRS ITIN Office to issue Certificate of Accuracy (CoA) when original passport or passport copies certified by the foreign issuing agency are presented to the CAA. No original documents need to be sent to the IRS by the taxpayer or spouse.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a professional who has passed the uniform CPA examination administered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and who has received state license to practice accounting.

We Prepare Tax Returns

You will have a Certified Public Accountant and an IRS Enrolled Agent working on your behalf, so you can have confidence in the tax preparation process.

We provide tax planning and tax preparation services for:

  • Corporations
  • Partnerships/LLCs
  • Individuals
  • Trusts
  • Estates
  • Not-for-profit organizations

We Solve Tax Problems

You're in Luck. We deal with the IRS.

Some of the specialized services we provide include:

  • Offer In Compromise (OIC) – convincing the IRS to settle your tax liability for less than the full amount owed.
  • Installment Agreement – arranging on your behalf an agreement with the IRS to pay the tax owed in monthly installments instead of immediately paying the amount in full.
  • Penalty Abatement – reducing or completely removing the IRS assessed penalties.
  • Audit Representation – standing in on your behalf during an IRS or state income tax audit.
  • Non-Filed Return(s) – preparing past years' tax returns, thus avoiding the IRS preparing them for you and overstating your tax due.
  • Liens, Levies, Garnishments – negotiating with the IRS to release their claims.
  • Innocent Spouse Relief – getting you out of paying your spouse's tax.
  • Payroll Tax Problems – developing strategy and resolving the tax issues.
  • Research – figuring out where you stand with the IRS.

We Assist with ITINs

RBTS, CPA is a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) for Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) purposes and has successfully processed ITINs for H1-B, TN and F-1 visa holders and their families, as well as foreign investors. This means we have passed an Internal Revenue Service exam, completed forensic training, and signed an official contract with the ITIN office.

We are authorized agents by the IRS ITIN Office and can issue Certificates of Accuracy. To receive a Certificate of Accuracy, you will need to present an original passport or passport copies certified by the foreign issuing agency. An original passport does not need to be mailed to the IRS for primary taxpayers and/or their spouses (as of 01/01/2013), as well as for their dependents (as of 10/12/2016).

We, as a Certifying Acceptance Agent, have an exclusive (not available to the general public) direct phone line with the ITIN office in Austin, TX. We can resolve any issue with an ITIN application relatively quickly. Otherwise, it may take up to 6 months if preparing on your own.

You can find us listed on the IRS website.
